NO SIGN-UP FEE TO BECOME A CLUB MEMBER
EVERY CLUB MEMBER DESIGNS THEIR OWN CLUB - whatever date you join is the date your billing starts. From there you will be billed on the next month your order is due depending on whether you chose monthly, every other month or quarterly. When your month starts payment is applied automatically and we order your club wines. You will receive an email saying your wine is ready for pick-up or is being shipped whichever you chose.
NO RUSH - When you get notified that your month has arrived, you can come and get your vino whenever you want. The computer is just letting you know it is ready. You may come to pick up your wine any day we are open at any of our 3 tasting rooms. Please be aware that our tasting rooms on the farm go to winter hours mid December through February. Our urban tasting room, Wine Loves Chocolate, is always open 5 days a week, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Club pick-ups are available for pick up at Wine Loves Chocolate too!
If you can’t make it out to pick up during your month, that’s ok. Some members come and collect a stash of 12 months we owe them. We’ll have the good vino ready for you whenever you arrive. NOTE: We do not have a giant warehouse to store your past batches. You’ll receive the wines of the month for the month you arrive and past month wines that have made it completely through our gauntlet and been adopted by the club.
DISCOUNTS - All Members get discounts - on all wine and food and merchandise purchases:
10% savings on all glasses & bottles of wine (wine club members) or flights, pints & crowlers of Beer (beer club members) and food and merchandise purchases
Club discount is automatically applied so go ahead - shop the Dirt Road Rack at the winery or on the online shop button. All wines have survived the scrutiny of the Dirt Road gauntlet. You’ll know for sure every wine you buy will be awesome.
55% discount on all Foodie-U classes, Club Vetting Taste-Offs and other events. Be sure to get your club code when you visit so that you can use it to collect your discounts.
Pick-up members get an extra bene … 2 free tastings of the club wines to make your selections or 2 free glasses of wine when you pick up club wines of the month.
CLUB SELECTIONS - All Dirt Road Wine Club members can taste the wines of the month to make their selections any day you visit all month long. Wines of the Month change every month so if you don’t make it out to collect your batch on your particular month you will be tasting and getting the wines of whatever month you arrive for a pick-up.

REWARDS - The more fun stuff you do with us the more fun stuff you get to do with us! Being in a club makes reward points build up fast! You do have to choose to use your club benes or your rewards benes - no piling. (we can’t afford to pay you to do stuff)!
LOCK-IN YOUR PRICE - We occasionally have price increases. Active club members never get a price increase. You are grandfathered in and get to keep the price you joined under for as long as you are a member.
SHIPPING MEMBERS - you will be charged for your club batch plus shipping & handling. Let’s talk about shipping for a minute. We ship via UPS and are seeing $7 per bottle for nearby destinations in Virginia and DC. To ship further and go to other States, the cost sometimes varies. When we get your application we will contact you to let you know approximate shipping costs. Timing of your wine shipment depends on how you design your own perfect wine club (monthly, every other month or quarterly).We'll send you an email when your wine heads your way! Shipping member orders ship the third week of each month. Someone over 21 has to be at your address to sign for wine.
NO RETIREMENT FEE - Retire from the Club any time you want to … but you won’t want to. Nobody does this.
